This Improved Writing Instrument incorporates a feature in the clasp that causes a "crimping" or gentle squeezing of the pen to the pocket of a shirt or suit.
The amount of effort required to remove the pen from the pocket is the same as in other pens currently in existence. It works great on everything from silk to flannel.
